Men's Club application (pdf file)
Your one-time dues payment covers your tournament fees for as many tournaments as you would like to play in, your USGA handicap, a banquet at the end of the season (provided you have played in five (5) tournaments), as well as any other events that the club holds throughout the season. In addition, should you get a hole-in one during any Men's Club tournament, excluding the Member-Guest, the cost of one drink per Men's Club participant for that day will be paid for by the Men's Club. You are responsible for your greens fees and carts.
TO SIGN UP FOR ANY TOURNAMENTS: Sign up sheets are posted three (3) weeks in advance. You must sign up seven (7) days in advance of the event in which you wish to play. The tournaments are limited to the first 96 players who sign up. If you sign up for a Saturday event and would like to play Sunday, you first must sign up for the Saturday event, then put your name on the alternate sheet for the Sunday event. If the field is not filled on Sunday we will take the first names on the alternate sheet. If you sign up for the Sunday event and you also would like to play in the Saturday event, then put your name on the alternate sheet for the Saturday event. If the field is not filled on Saturday we will take the first names on the alternate sheet. The Men's Club has guaranteed your tee time. Failure to appear will result in you having to reimburse the Men's Club in the amount of your greens fees and cart. You will not be allowed to play in any future tournaments until payment is received. You are responsible for your name being on a sign-up sheet, and you must sign up your own name or call the Golf Shop yourself to be signed up. The number is (860) 342-6113. Print your name and local number.
